Depending on the number of blinds in your order, it will take around five business days to complete.

As the blinds are custom-made to meet the needs of each client, you will not be able to return or exchange the blinds after they have been made. 

* under special cases resizing the blinds maybe possible and is determined on case to case bases.

We offer our clients one-year warranty. 

Depending on the type of your blinds, we will be installing accordingly.

We are able to repair most blind products. Please email us an image of the blind in question or bring it in to your shop.

As an actual local manufacturer of blinds, we are able to sell most parts.

Unfortunately, we are a small local manufacturer and not a special designer firm. It is not possible for us to send worker to every customer location to showcase blind products. Instead it is better for you to come to our shop and have a looks on all of our sample first.

Unfortunately, it would not be possible. Different type of blind require defences clearance and it would not be possible to get measure for every type of blind product first.

We can provide free quotation if you already have an measurement over the phone, fax, or email. For onsite measurement we typically only offer it if you have visited our shop at least once in person.
